The Remote Chime (SC546A) is designed to work with any X10 Motion Sensor including thePR511 Floodlight Motion Detector
When the motion sensor detects someone approaching the Remote Chime chimes to let youknow.
It can also be used with the ActiveHome two way computer interface to chime on thehour.
